Xinergy Ltd. is a U.S. Central Appalachian, low-cost producer of high quality thermal and metallurgical coal with mining operations in West Virginia and Virginia.
The Company is focused on creating stakeholder value through organic growth and accretive acquisitions of quality reserves and mining operations throughout Central Appalachian with emphasis towards the development of its high quality, mid-vol metallurgical properties in southern West Virginia. The Company also continues to increase its control of metallurgical reserves through a determined acquisition and leasing program in addition to maintaining an aggressive drilling program.
Xinergy is currently producing at its South Fork Coal’s mid-vol metallurgical mine in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Its True Energy high-vol metallurgical coal operation in Wise County, Virginia and its Raven Crest thermal coal operations in Boone County, West Virginia are currently idle. The recently acquired Sewell Mountain Coal mid-vol metallurgical property in southern West Virginia formerly known as Meadow River is in the planning and development stage with progress continuing towards additional reserve acquisition.
The Xinergy management team collectively has over 100 years of experience including senior level management positions in the coal industry and capital markets industry combined.
