Communities
Xinergy and its employees take a tremendous amount of pride in being able to give back to the communities in which they live and work. The company fosters an environment of responsible citizenship – since mid-2008, the total contribution to various community charities is in excess of $2 million, in addition to volunteerism and active fundraising among the employees.
The focus of the charitable contributions has been on Children’s health and well-being, Cancer research, and Disaster Relief.

Children's Health & Well-Being
Xinergy strongly believes in ensuring that children are taken care of within their own community as well as around the world. The company contributes to various children's associations, hospitals, and medical research centres, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Cincinnati Children's Medical Center Hospital, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital , Christian Appalachian Project , and LACE (Loving Abandoned Children Everywhere), as well as many others.
