Mr. Halouma joined Xinergy in September 2008 and has played a significant role in the company's financing activities including the C$66.5M subscription receipt offering as well as the US$75M and US$200 senior secured notes.
Mr. Halouma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee and was most recently employed by a NYSE listed company.
